There are optimal ways to store your herbal medications, methods designed to maintain freshness and potency whilst also trapping odours. A lightproof and airtight container should be your starting point and then take it one step further by including a Humidity Pack into the mix. This little sachet is placed directly inside your container along with dry herbal material. 62% RH (Relative Humidity) is the sweet spot for medicinal herbs and a Humidy Pack works via reverse osmosis in 2 directions to maintain this number. Herbal material kept within the sweet spot will stay fresher for longer. Fresher in terms of not over-drying or developing mould but most importantly maintaining flavour/terpenes. Once removed from its plastic sleeve a humidity pack will last up to 3 months. Keep it in its sealed bag and it will last up to 2 years.

There are 2 sizes on offer - 4 or 8g. This is the larger sized 8g option and it will work with a substantial amount of herb. Each pack is filled with eco-friendly plant fibre with leakproof construction. Some other brands contain a fluid within each pack with a small possibility of leakage if a puncture occurs. A rarity but stems can be sharp!
